Recipe: 250 g fresh apricot, 1 diced honey melon, 2 cl Grenadine, 5 cl fresh lemon juice,
10 cl fresh orange juicet, 1,5 l dry white wine
Preparation: prepare direct in the bowl glass with a ladle
Filler: dry sparkling wine
Garniture: imaginative sets
Glass: Bowl glass and following serve in the sparkling wine glasses (8 glasses)
