Canadian Fix

Recipe: 4 cl Canadian Whisky, 2 cl fresh lemon juice, 2 mixing spoon white cane sugar,
soda water to fill up
Preparation: loosen the fresh lemon juice and the cane sugar in the glass, add the
spirit, crushed ice into the glass and stir, following fill up with soda water
Garniture: 1 gusset of lime pressed direct into the glass
Glass: Highball
Ice: crushed ice
Total quantity: 13 cl
