Caribbean Sparkling

Recipe: 4 cl french rhum, 2 cl pomegranate syrup, 2 dashes Angostura, 8 cl maracuja
and banana purée, sparkling wine
Preparation: shaken and pour it into the glass on crushed ice and following fill up carefully
with sparkling wine and stir
Garniture: 1 slice of kiwi, 1 cocktail cherrry
Glass: Napoli Grande
Ice: crushed ice
Total quantity: ∼ 22 cl
