Cucumber Cup

Recipe: 15 cl London dry Gin, 1,5 l medium dry white wine, 10 cl sugar syrup, cut 2 large
cucumbers as small and thin strips, sparkling wine to fill up
Preparation: let the ingredients direct in the bowl glass 2 hours brew and following fill up
with sparkling wine before you serve
Garniture: 1 spring of mint
Glass: Double Rocks glass (6-8 glasses)
Ice: none
Total quantity: ∼ 250 cl (without sparkling wine)
