Georgia Mint Julep

Recipe: 3 cl Cognac or Brandy, 3 cl Apricot Brandy or peach liqueur, 2 mixing spoon white
cane sugar, 2 sprigs of mint, splash of mineral water
Preparation: mash direct the white cane sugar with sprigs of mint and shot water in the
glass, fill up with crushed ice, add the spirits and stir, following fill up with splash of
mineral water or soda
Garniture: 1 bunch of mint
Glass: Collins glass
Ice: crushed ice
Total quantity: ∼ 14 cl
