Havana Julep

Recipe: 6 cl white cuban rum, 1 cl Grenadine, 3 cl fresh lime juice, 2 sprigs of mint
Preparation:
mash direct fresh lime juice, Grenadine and sprigs of mint in the glass, fill up
with crushed ice, add the spirit and pieces of pineapple and stir (none mineral water more)
Garniture: 4-5 pieces of pineapple direct in the glass, 1 bunch of mint
Glass: Collins glass
Ice: crushed ice
Total quantity: ∼ 14 cl
