Jamaica Fix

Recipe: 4 cl Jamaica rum dark, 2 cl fresh lime juice, 2 mixing spoon white cane sugar,
6 cl pineapple juice, soda water to fill up
Preparation: loosen the fresh lime juice and the cane sugar in the glass, add the spirit,
crushed ice and pineapple juice into the glass and stir, following fill up with soda water
Garniture: 4 small corner of pineapple direct in the glass
Glass: Highball
Ice: crushed ice
Total quantity: 17 cl
