Recipe: 3 cl Jamaica rum dark, 3 cl Jamaica rum white, 3 cl fresh lime juice,
3 cl passion fruit syrup
Preparation: pour the ingredients into the glass on a lot of crushed ice and stir
Garniture: 1 Swizzle stick (rock candy stick)
Glass: large Collins or mixing glass
Ice: crushed ice
Total quantity: 12 cl
