Kingston Toddy

Recipe: 1 lime, 2 mixing spoon cane sugar, 8 cl peach and banana purée, 8 cl grapefruit
juice, 6 cl curacao triple sec, 2 dashes Angostura
Preparation: (direct build) stamp lime with cane sugar direct in the glass, fill up with
crushed ice, add further ingredients and following stir it with mixing spoon
Garniture: 1 sprig of mint
Glass: Double Rocks glass
Ice: crushed ice
Total quantity: 25 cl
