Recipe: 2-3 cl kiwi liqueur, 1 dash Angostura bitter, Champagner
Preparation:
give direct into the galss many crushed ice and 9 peeled slices of kiwi,
fix 1 physalis at the glass rim, pin 6-8 cherries on slices of kiwi and following fill up with
kiwi liqueur, Angostura bitter and Champagner
Filler: Champagner
Garniture: 9 peeled slices of kiwi, 1 physalis, 6-8 cherries
Glas: large sparkling wine glass
Ice: crushed ice
Total quantity: ∼ 20 cl
