Recipe: 5 cl white cuban rum, 1 mixing spoon of cane sugar, 5 gusset of lime, 5 leaves of
mint, soda to fill up
Preparation: mash direct the gusset of lime and cane sugar in the glass, following mash
short the leaves of mint (none soup of mint), fill up with crushed ice and rum, stir and float
with soda
Garniture: 1 sprig of mint
Glass: Highball
Ice: crushed ice
Total quantity: ∼ 12 cl
