Recipe: 12 cl schnapps made out of raspberries, 10 cl raspberry syrup, 1,5 l medium dry
rosé wine, 500 g fresh raspberry, sparkling wine to fill up
Preparation: let the ingredients direct in the bowl glass 24 hours brew and following fill up
with sparkling wine before you serve
Garniture: uninjected leaves of rose
Glass: Double Rocks glass (6-8 glasses)
Ice: none
Total quantity: ∼ 222 cl (without sparkling wine)
