Recipe: 5 cl Sherry olorosso, 1 bio egg yolk or 4 cl egg liqueur, 2 cl sugar syrup, hot milk
to fill up
Preparation: dry blend and pour it into the galss and fill up with hot milk
Garniture: rubbed nutmeg
Glass: Catalina glass or iced Coffee glass
