Recipe: 300 g fresh strawberry, 5 cl fresh lemon juice, 4 cl mint syrup, 3 mint stem,
0,5 l Weissbier (light, top fermented beer)
Preparation: prepare direct in the bowl glass with a ladle
Filler: dry sparkling wine or soda water
Garniture: strawberry with mint leaf
Glass: Bowl glass and following serve in the sparkling wine glasses (6 glasses)
