Strawberry Cobbler

Recipe: 2-3 cl strawberry liqueur, 1 dash Angostura bitter, Champagner
Preparation: give direct into the glass many crushed ice and 4 strawberries as slices,
fix 4 lime gussets at the glass rim and following fill up with strawberry liqueur, Angostura
bitter and Champagner
Filler: Champagner
Garniture: 4 strawberries as slices, 4 lime gussets
Glass: large sparkling wine glass
Ice: crushed ice
Total quantity: ∼ 20 cl
