Recipe: 3 cl London dry Gin, 2 cl red orange liqueur, 1 cl fresh lemon juice, 4 kumquats,
1 mixing spoon sweet chestnut honey
Preparation: mash the divided kumquats and seet chestnut honey, fill up with crushed ice
and other ingredients and stir
Garniture: 1 leaf of lemon gras direct in the glass
Ice: crushed ice
